Non-violence workshop #2

What is violence????

We had a great workshop with alumni, Chris, Lisandra, Keila and NJ.

Jose from the institute came in (Jenn's uncle!) - he shared his story - and he knows EVERYONE in Providence.  We discussed "What is violence?" - not just physically, but emotionally and verbally.  

Next workshop:  Friday 1/25 2-3pm

Non-Violence Institute workshops

We started our workshops on Non-violence!!!
Alumni, NJ, Tjay, Lisandra, Kayla and Karina joined us to start our discussions on Non-violence.  Jennifer introduced us to the 6 principles of Non-violence - by MLK Jr. and the founding principles of the Non-violence Institute.
Next workshop: Friday January 18th 2-3 pm
